    We don’t have a brick-and-mortar storefront—and that’s on purpose. Staying online helps us cut down on energy use, reduce overhead waste, and keep our focus where it belongs: creating thoughtful, low-impact floral designs delivered right to your door.

    Each month, our Designer dreams up a brand-new arrangement just for Moss Agate subscribers—always seasonal, always a surprise. No menus, no repeats, just fresh florals each month that let creativity (and nature) take the lead. You choose how long the fun lasts, and we’ll do the rest!

How it works!

Step 1

Choose Your Vibe

Pick your floral experience: Signature, Extravagant, or Fresh cut Wraps. Then choose your subscription length—3 months, 6 months, or ongoing. Gifting someone else? Even better!

We don’t do cookie-cutter bouquets—no scrolling through endless templates here. Each month’s floral drop is a one-of-a-kind design crafted by our designer, using what’s fresh, local, and in season. The surprise is half the fun. The flowers are the other half.

Step 2

Get in on the Drop

Once you order, you’re added to the next available Flower Drop—our fresh arrangements go out during the first week of each month.

You’ll get a heads-up via text or email when your flowers are en-route. Then—ta-da!—your custom arrangement arrives at your doorstep.

Step 3

Swap Your Vase

If you’ve got a vase subscription, we’ll remind you when it’s time to trade it in during your next drop. We reuse and recycle vases to keep things low-waste and eco-friendly.

At the end of a 3- or 6-month subscription, you get to keep your final vase. Ongoing subscriptions can be paused or canceled anytime—no pressure!

Step 5

Everything is Built into the Price

We like to keep things simple—everything’s built into your subscription price. That means no surprise fees for delivery or materials, and yes, that includes a small vase deposit (aka “vase tax”) for those with vase arrangements.

Here’s the deal: If a vase doesn’t make it back to us, your deposit helps cover the cost of replacing it sustainably. But if you return all your vases on time? That vase deposit comes back to you at the end of your 3 or 6-month subscription—easy as that. No stress, no waste!
